I cannot access the MP3 files in my StoreJet Cloud (10K) by the web browser.

iDevices limit access to all MP3 files, so you cannot download MP3 files by connecting the web browser to StoreJet Cloud. We recommend that you use the StoreJet Cloud 10K APP to access your MP3 files.
