Why can't I connect my StoreJet Cloud (10K) to the Internet in the bridge mode?

Please make sure that the SSID and Security Key you enter are correct. The case of SSID, security key, symbols and channel* must be exactly the same as your wireless router's settings. In addition, the Wi-Fi SD does not support captive portal hotspots, which will redirect to a login screen for authentication and payment.

*Transcend StoreJet Cloud (10K) will only support WLAN channel 1~11.
For instructions of changing the WLAN channel, please see your wireless router's user manual.
